Favorite Weeknight Meal No Bacon Pasta is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when they believe their content was mistakenly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Favorite Weeknight Meal No Bacon Pasta website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number; and
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Favorite Weeknight Meal No Bacon Pasta may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
